File size is a problem when it is too large and sending it can really seem like an impossible task. You can control what the person can do with the file that you are sharing. Moreover, you can directly upload files to Google drive which you can share with everyone. The Google Drive can hold up to 5 terabytes of files.

4. Compress the File
If the file is really large, compressing it into a zip folder is one of the options that you have. Compressing the file will make it smaller and easier to send or share. Compressing it doesn’t mean that the file size will be reduced to half of its size.
